This cosy 2-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Playa de Las Américas, just a few minutes' walk from several sandy beaches. The accommodation features a private terrace and access to a shared swimming pool, making it an ideal place for families, couples, and groups of friends.
The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped American kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils. Additionally, it has a living room with satellite TV and WiFi connection.
The two bedrooms have single beds and a double sofa bed, which allows comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it is located a short distance from several sandy beaches, such as Bobo Beach, Troya Beach and La Pinta Beach. In addition, it is close to natural parks such as Teide National Park and Las Águilas del Teide Ecological Park.
In the surroundings, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and shops, which makes it an ideal place to enjoy relaxed holidays full of activities.
